Home workouts on a timetable
Thirty minutes.
Flat.
Home workouts that start at a set time, the way a studio class does, and finish thirty minutes later. Pick a slot, clear two metres of floor, and press play with everyone else booked in.

Next start times, your time
How it works
A class you show up to, in the room you are already in.
- 1
Pick a start time
Choose a class and a slot that suits you, in your own time zone. It is a booking, not a bookmark.
- 2
Book your place
Pay once for that class. Sign in with your email to see your booking; we send a code, so there is no password to remember.
- 3
Press play together
Your join button unlocks five minutes before. The class starts on the dot, runs for thirty minutes, and then you are done.
The classes
Four ways to spend thirty minutes.
Intervals · bodyweight
HIIT 30
Short, hard efforts with short rests. Every jump has a low-impact option on screen, so you decide how high the ceiling is.
Bodyweight strength
Strength 30
Slow, controlled reps that make your own bodyweight feel heavy. Add a loaded backpack or dumbbells if you have them; the class works without.
Quiet cardio
Low Impact 30
A full cardio session with both feet near the floor. No jumping, no burpees, nothing the neighbours downstairs will hear.
Mobility and stretch
Stretch 30
Thirty unhurried minutes for hips, spine and shoulders. For rest days, stiff desk days, and the day after HIIT.
Why a start time
The pause button is the problem.
You already have more workout videos than you will ever watch. What a studio class has, and a video library does not, is a time you have to turn up.
So that is what this is. Our classes are pre-recorded, then broadcast at a set time to everyone who booked that slot. There is no pause, no rewind and no “later”. Thirty minutes after it starts, it is finished, and so are you.
It starts on time
With you or without you. Arrive late and you join where the class has got to; it does not restart.
Same moment for everyone
Everyone booked into a session sees the same rep at the same second, wherever they are.
A chat for your session
Say hello to the people in your class. An automated assistant answers questions about the moves and the stream.
What you need
Not much.
Two metres by two
Enough floor to lie down with your arms out. Push the coffee table back and you are there.
A mat or a towel
Something between you and the floor for the parts where you are on it.
Water
Within reach, because the class does not stop while you go and find some.
Are the classes live?
The classes are pre-recorded and broadcast at the scheduled time. Everyone in a class sees the same moment at the same time, and there is no pause or rewind, so it runs like a studio class rather than a video library. The coach is not watching you and cannot answer you in real time.
What do I need?
About two metres by two metres of floor, a mat or a towel, and water. No equipment. Strength 30 suggests a loaded backpack as an optional extra.
How do I join my class?
Sign in with the email you booked with. Your join button appears in your dashboard five minutes before the start, and the class begins on its own at the start time.
What if I am late?
You join the class where it is. If it started ten minutes ago, there are twenty minutes left. It does not restart.
Can I pause or rewind?
No. The class runs on the clock for everyone. That is deliberate: a start time you cannot move is what gets most people to actually do the workout.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes. The class plays in any modern browser, so you can open it on a laptop, tablet or phone, go full screen, and mirror or cast that screen to a TV.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every class shows easier and harder versions of each move and you choose your level. If you are injured, pregnant, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start, and stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy.
What if I cannot make it?
Email us before your class starts and we will move your booking to another time.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for the class you book, once.
Who is in the chat?
The chat next to the class is shared by the people booked into the same session. Questions about the workout or the stream are answered by an automated assistant, and it is labelled as one. For anything about your booking, email us.

No equipment? What to use instead
You don't need any kit for our classes. If you want more load or something to lean on, most homes already have it. Here's what works, and what to leave alone.
