These terms apply when you use this site or book a class with 30 Flat. By booking, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We sell places in 30-minute home workout classes. Each class is pre-recorded and is broadcast over the internet at the start time you book. A class cannot be paused, rewound or replayed, and it is not supervised: nobody is watching you or able to correct you while you take it.
2. Your health and safety
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for deciding whether a class is suitable for you. If you are injured, pregnant, have a medical condition or have not exercised for some time, speak to a doctor before you take a class. Exercise within your limits, make sure you have enough clear space, and stop at once if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion.
Our classes, and the automated assistant in the class chat, give general fitness information. They are not medical advice.
3. Who can book
You must be 18 or over to book a class.
4. Bookings and payment
A booking is for one place in one class at one start time. The price is shown before you pay and is charged once; there is no subscription. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your place is confirmed when payment succeeds.
5. Joining your class
You join from your account, signed in with the email address you booked with. The link to your class is released shortly before the start. A class starts at its start time whether or not you have joined; if you arrive late you join it part-way through. You need a device and a connection that can play video, which are your responsibility.
6. Changes and refunds
If you cannot make a class, email hello@30flat.com before it starts and we will move your booking to another time. Once a class has been broadcast, the booking has been used and is not refundable. If a fault on our side stops a class from being broadcast, we will move your booking or refund it, whichever you prefer. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have by law.
7. The class chat
The chat is shared with the other people booked into your session. Be decent in it. Do not post anything abusive, unlawful or promotional, and do not pretend to be staff. We may remove messages and block access to the chat. Answers from the automated assistant are generated by software and may be wrong.
8. Our content
The classes and everything else on this site belong to us or our licensors. Your booking lets you watch the class you booked, for yourself. You may not record, copy, share or rebroadcast a class, or share your class link.
9. Liability
We provide the classes with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from taking part in a class, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
